These Healthy Lifestyle Programs will focus on behavior change, weight loss, lifestyle changes, exercise and an overall better quality of life to create a happier, healthier you!
Beginning Lifestyle Changes
This is a 90-day program which will meet every Tuesday afternoon from 4:00pm to 5:00pm in the multipurpose room.

Supporting Lifestyle Changes
For Beginning Lifestyle Changes graduates who want to continue receiving support on their wellness journey. This is a monthly program which will meet every Tuesday afternoon from 3:00pm to 4:00pm in the multipurpose room.
IMPORTANT: BEGINNING LIFESTYLE CHANGES MUST HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN ORDER TO ATTEND THESE CLASSES
Recurring Program Notice
Please note that this is a recurring Maui YMCA Program. Once registered for the program, you will be charged each month automatically and perpetually unless explicitly requested to terminate from the program.
- Automatic payments for each month will be deducted on the 2nd of the month through the payment information that you provide during the registration process
During the initial registration process, payment for the current month will be collected upon completion of registration. Auto-payments will then begin the month after. (No payment will be collected to register for the wait list if session is currently full)
